How to Cancel Your Order
Once your cancellation request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you receive a product that differs from the item you ordered, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery. Upon verification, we will arrange a free replacement shipment.
Required Proof
To process your claim, you must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded from the moment you receive the sealed package until it is completely opened. This video helps us verify the contents and investigate the issue promptly.
Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not qualify for a free replacement shipment.
In the rare event that your shipment is held, delayed, or seized by customs authorities, our team will assist you by arranging a one-time free reshipment of your order, subject to verification and compliance with our shipping policies.
In situations beyond our control — including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, government restrictions, pandemics, or lockdowns — we may be required to cancel orders if delivery becomes impossible or significantly delayed.
In such circumstances, applicable cancellation charges may apply in accordance with our policy.
